This club started for caregivers and is now for anyone who needs a "Reboot"! We create the space for relaxation and self empowerment. We discuss holistic topics, self improvement, spiritual awakening and more. After our topic we all experience a peaceful guided meditation, helping everyone relax, awaken and recharge the body, mind and spirit!

This Spiritual Discussion Group was created to provide a space where we can explore what spirituality means to us today. Various Spiritual Topics and “tools” will be open for discussion and personal growth. Our gatherings often begin with a short video to inspire conversation. Included is a peaceful guided meditation. Bring an open heart and mind along with the desire to evolve and expand in consciousness.
